    The Electronics Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the development and execution of manufacturing schedules. Reporting to the Master Planner, you’ll work to balance factory capacity and load while maintaining seamless communication across departments like Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and others in the supply chain network.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Planner, you’ll:

    • Manage production schedules using ERP tools.
    • Maintain labor and machine resources in ERP systems.
    • Liaise across departments to ensure customer on-time delivery.
    • Provide guidance within the planning team.
    • Monitor special projects and contribute to planning advancements.
    • Demonstrate expertise in electronic manufacturing and capacity planning.

    Qualifications and Skills

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Have a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience.
    • Hold an associate degree in business (preferred).
    • Possess knowledge of ERP and JIT concepts, including their application from order entry through shipping.
    • Demonstrate proficiency with engineering drawings, word processing, spreadsheets, and database tools.
    • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • APICS Certification in Production & Inventory Management is a plus, making you an even stronger candidate.
