At Klapec Auto Body, we're looking for a sharp, driven Auto Body Repair Estimator to join our dynamic team and help keep the wheels turning— figuratively, and literally.
The automotive repair industry moves fast—and so do we. Between coordinating with insurance companies, keeping customers informed, and ensuring accurate repair estimates, no two days look the same. If you're someone who thrives under pressure, loves a challenge, and can juggle details without dropping the ball, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do:
- Accurately assess vehicle damage in a time-sensitive environment
- Create detailed and competitive repair estimates using industry-standard software
- Act as the liaison between customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters
- Prioritize and manage multiple repair cases in a high-volume environment
- Maintain a steady flow of communication and updates with customers in a time sensitive setting
What You Bring:
- Experience in collision estimating or insurance assessments
- Strong working knowledge of CCC, and Mitchell
- The ability to stay organized, responsive, and level-headed in a fast-paced setting
- Solid understanding of parts, labor, and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive mindset—you see problems coming and solve them before they grow
