Between coordinating with insurance companies, keeping customers informed, and ensuring accurate repair estimates, no two days look the same. If you're someone who thrives under pressure, loves a challenge, and can juggle details without dropping the ball, you'll fit right in.
    What You'll Do:
    - Accurately assess vehicle damage in a time-sensitive environment
    - Create detailed and competitive repair estimates using industry-standard software
    - Act as the liaison between customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters
    - Prioritize and manage multiple repair cases in a high-volume environment
    - Maintain a steady flow of communication and updates with customers in a time sensitive setting
    What You Bring:
    - Experience in collision estimating or insurance assessments
    - Strong working knowledge of CCC, and Mitchell
    - The ability to stay organized, responsive, and level-headed in a fast-paced setting
    - Solid understanding of parts, labor, and repair procedures
    - Excellent communication and customer service skills
    - A proactive mindset—you see problems coming and solve them before they grow
