The Oil Region Alliance (ORA) will host a Victorian Valentine’s Day card workshop Saturday, February 8 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the historic Tarbell House, located at 324 East Main Street in Titusville.
ORA Project Coordinator Raven Nespor will lead the event. As an experienced artist and Illustration graduate from Edinboro University, she will guide participants on card crafting and collage techniques, as well as a discussion of the history of Victorian era Valentine’s Day cards.
Participants are invited to spend time at the historic home practicing a new creative skill as they craft a handmade card they can gift to a loved one for the special holiday. Materials will be provided.
Reservations are required as space is limited. Please call the ORA at 814-677-3152 to make a reservation. The cost is $10 per person, and proceeds benefit the Tarbell House.
