Sober New Year's Bash
Wear your favorite 70s outfit and come ready for fun. Venango County Human Services will host a party from 6 p.m. to midnight on New Year's Eve at the service center at 737 Elk St., Franklin.
The evening will include food, fun and dancing. There will be a 50/50 raffle and basket raffle, with all funds raised going toward next year's celebration.
Attendees are welcome to bring a side dish to share.
