The Red Eye Theatre Project challenges participants to put together a complete production from start to finish in just 24 hours.
Auditions will be held at 7:30 p.m. May 24 at the Barrow-Civic Theatre. No preparation or experience is necessary, just come ready to read something fun like a part of a book, magazine, or cereal box.
Following auditions, writers will put together a script based on their assigned cast.
At 8 a.m. May 25, the directors and casts will get together to get their scripts and start the daylong process of putting together their acts. At 7:30 p.m. that night, the show will go on.
It is free to participate.
Tickets to the show are $12.
Anyone interested in acting with tech should email Nicholas Hess at nicholas.a.hess@gmail.com.
