Great Gadsby Ball & Speakeasy

Library Hall Presents, an endeavor spearheaded by the Oil City Library Advisory Council, will feature concerts, film showings, galas & more in the upstairs theater dubbed "Library Hall".
The first scheduled event, The Gatsby Ball, is slated for September 20th, 2025 & will include a speakeasy, a jazz band, hors d'oeuvres, shoe shines, dancing, cocktails, a silent auction, games of chance, a photo booth, and of course, 1920's attire!
