Mark your calendars for Franklin's Annual Rock In River Fest Stone Skipping Championship! 
Registration starts at 10AM with the Competition beginning at 11AM. Open to Youth (12 & under), Amateurs (13 & up), & Professionals. Bring your own stones (Limit 6/competitor/competition). Rules and regulations can be found at www.franklinpa.gov/events
