Downtown Trick or Treating
Downtown Trick or Treat with FFAC and Franklin Retail Association. 4:15 to 5:30. On the 1200 block of Liberty. FFAC will set up at the Edward Jones Foyer and distribute 300 to 350 Halloween treat bags. Sponsored by FFAC, City of Franklin, Franklin Retail & Business Association and Northwest Savings Bank. The Franklin Retail Association businesses will be handing out treats and special items at their storefronts on Liberty Street. Also, businesses from 13th and other streets will bring their items to 1200 Block of Liberty to make it safer for children and their families.
