Christmas in July
The Franklin Retail Association presents Christmas in July in downtown Franklin.
Saturday July 27 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Santa's elves are loose in Franklin. Find a elf in a participants store for a chance to win one of five $50 gift certificate. Turn the elves in at Old Liberty by 4 p.m. to be entered to win.
Naughty and Nice Sales start July 25.
