- smooth soup of butternut squash, red lentils, carrots, and cumin

- meat stuffed pablano peppers with a creamy walnut sauce and pomegranate seeds *not hot

Doro Wat (Ethiopia)
- stew of chicken with chile, garlic, berbere, cardamom, and ginger and boiled eggs *not hot



Rödbetor (Sweden)
- sliced beet root

Potato salad (Puerto Rico)
- Potato salad with chorizo sausage and apples


Sachertorte (Austria)
- chocolate sponge and apricot jam cake

Risalamande (Denmark)
- almond cherry rice pudding
