Child Development Centers: Game Dinner
A game dinner later this month will benefit Child Development Centers, Inc. This event is set for 5:30 PM Tuesday, September 27, at the Quality Inn and Conference Center, 1411 Liberty Street.
The menu will feature bison and rabbit sausage over wild rice, stuffed quail, boar-stuffed banana peppers, pheasant-stuffed mushrooms, grilled catfish, deep fried duck wings with dipping sauce, and yellow wax beans with duck bacon.
THe dinner will include drawings for at least 8 guns and more than 25 other prizes.
A $40 donation to CDC buys dinner and a chance at a grand prize and several door prizes.
Individuals can obtain tickets by calling CDC at (814)437-7288 by Tuesday September 20.
Tickets for other prizes will be available at the dinner. CDC provides child care and early education for more than 800 infants, toddlers, preschoolers and elementary school-age children at nine sites in Venango and Crawford Counties.
