Chicken potluck dinner fundraiser

Have you driven by 1101 Buffalo Street lately? The cutwork designs on the tower have been recreated and installed. The clapboards and shingles have been replaced. There are two beautiful new sets of stone steps, which are up to code. And there is paint stripping going on. You know what that means, it's almost time to paint the front facade. The numerous details on this 1886 Stickwork structure are really going to pop!

Franklin Preservation is holding a fundraiser which is a combination Chicken BBQ and Potluck dinner with entertainment by the much-appreciated blues guitarist Max Schang on August 19. Franklin Preservation is cooking the chicken. We ask that you provide your favorite picnic dish when you join us. This is a BYOB event so bring your own. We’ll eat beginning at 5 pm and Max will begin playing at 7 pm. More details to follow.
