In support of the Salvation Army and the Barrow-Civic Theatre, this year’s annual Bluegrass at the Barrow concert features Pine Valley Boys, Wildwood Express, Home Remedy, Chuck Thorpe & Friends, Mockingbird Morning, and Backwoods Bluegrass.
