DESCRIPTION:Learn how you can keep your PA business tax in Venango County!\n\n\n\nVenango Catholic High School will be hosting a workshop for businesses to learn about the Pennsylvania EITC (Educational Improvement Tax Credit) Program on Thursday\, May 25\, from 11:30 to 1 p.m. in the school's library.\n\nMr. Charles Banducci\, Director of School Finance for the Diocese of Erie along with Mr. Bill Grant\, Director of Annual Giving also from the Erie Diocese will assist in the presentation.\n\n\n\nDuring this workshop you will learn how businesses along with individuals can benefit from the program.\n\n\n\nWho should attend this free workshop?\n\nCFOs\, CPAs\, Controllers\, Accountants\, Bookkeepers\, Financial Planners and Businesses authorized to do business in PA who are subject to one or more of the following taxes:\n\nPersonal Income Tax\n\nCapital/Foreign Franchise Tax\n\nCorporate Net Income Tax\n\nBank Shares Tax\n\nTitle Insurance & Trust Company Shares Tax\n\nInsurance Premium Tax\n\nMutual Thrift Tax\n\nMalt Beverage Tax and\n\nRetaliatory Fees under Section 212 of the Insurance Company Law of 1921.\n\n\n\nThe presentation will include an overview of the EITC Program\, the tax credit opportunities for qualified businesses\, the ease of the application process\, as well as a Q & A session.\n\n\n\nPlease register by calling Karen Wenner\, Director of Advancement\, at 814-677-3098 or email karen.wenner@venangocatholic.org.
